I have this idea.

Or maybe it's a dream.
An idea/dream to have a cupcake shop that exists inside an old firetruck, or an airstream trailer, or some other vehicle large enough to sell baked goods out of. I would travel around Ontario with cupcakes and cookies, having pop up bake sales.
So, maybe this idea/dream was actually birthed by my boyfriend and his endless discovery of awesome large vehicles on kijiji. All the same, I have this idea. The idea of pop up bake sales.

I don't have a large vehicle, but I have a back up plan.
Imagine if, for a few hours on a random afternoon, you could attend a small bake sale in a space you maybe have never been to. An art gallery or a small business downtown. There would be cupcakes and cookies and squares, some of which are vegan and gluten free, all of which would be made carefully using great ingredients. I would be super excited to stumble upon this and even more excited to be on the inside and getting notification that a bake sale is coming.

I know you might be thinking: why wouldn't I just go to my favourite coffee shop or bakery for baked goods? The answer is simple: the experience and excitement of a pop up. It's something fun to watch for, something fun to talk about. I truly believe that baked goods make everything better. I want to share my love of baked goods with you, pop up style.

Here we go...
